Accessing the PositivelyHR Employee Portal

We’re excited to welcome you to PositivelyHR!  In order to access your new employee portal, you will have to complete a quick registration process.  An email invite will be sent to you once your employee record has been fully created (note that this can take at least 24 hours as new hire forms, such as the I-9 are finalized). 


To complete the registration process, you will first be asked to enter your social security number to verify your identity. 



Then, you will be asked to confirm the email you’d like to use (for both logging into the portal as well as receiving email notifications for things like time off request updates, payday announcements, etc.) as well as create a password.


NOTE: If you have a separate login to the PositivelyHR admin portal, you should use the same password for the employee portal that you use to access the admin portal (unless you’d rather use a personal email for logging in and receiving notification emails which is not recommended).


Once you have completed the registration process, you can set up Single Sign-On (SSO) with either a Google or Microsoft work or personal account.  From the login screen, simply click the Login Options link and then Login with Google or Login with Microsoft.  



*Please note that even if you set up SSO, you will still need to use your password to log into the Worklio mobile app the first time.
